The Connected Passenger: with WiFi SPARK

Dean Moody, CCO for WiFi SPARK attended the bustling HackTrain conference in 30 Euston Sq last week. The event was devised in 2015 to provide a platform for technologists to revolutionise the industry.

In attendance was a complete spectrum from the industry, with over 300 attendees from train operating companies like Chiltern Railways, Virgin Trains, and GWR, industry innovators and exciting start-ups.

Dean took the opportunity to drop heavy hints at some exciting news that WiFi SPARK will be announcing in the Summer 2016 and create connections with a few of the many knowledgeable and influential rail thought leaders who were in attendance.

Dean commented: "It was a fantastic event, a wonderful opportunity to hothouse ideas, and network with the innovators in the rail industry. I was inspired by the passion and excitement that was evident from the Founders River and Alejandro, their energy filtered through all of the attendees and created a real buzz!"

WiFi SPARK was in attendance to introduce our new product, the innovative, industry leading managed WiFi solution to enable train operating companies to offer premium connectivity to their passengers from station to train, and train to station. The fully connected journey.

WiFi SPARK is set to take the rail industry by storm… Watch this space!
