WiFi SPARK broadens search to increase partner network

With the public/guest WiFi market growing at over 35 per cent each year there is a real opportunity for the right partners.

WiFi SPARK, the market leading provider of guest and visitor WiFi, has announced it is broadening its partner network. The Exeter based vendor is keen to extend its current network with like-minded partners to take advantage of the rapidly expanding market.

With the demand for public and guest WiFi expanding so quickly, those in the partner network have a real opportunity to build new relationships or offer existing customers new, innovative technology that makes a difference to the customer’s end users, but also generates real dividends for the reseller.

The opportunity for resellers is so much more than just providing WiFi. It is the additional services through the SPARK® platform that offers the longevity of relationships with customers.

Undoubtedly the ability to offer, reliable and secure branded WiFi is a huge advantage, but the additional revenue streams, data collection and analysis that the revolutionary architecture of the SPARK® Platform provides is where resellers can provide real value. The smart, non-intrusive collection of customer data in particular is key and the ability to enhance the end user’s experience using this data is proving particularly impactful, allowing for targeted and personalised approach to future outreach.

“The SPARK® Platform is making a huge impression in a market that is increasing in size considerably year on year,” explains Dean Moody CCO at WiFi SPARK. “The system is scalable from SMBs to multinational organisations and all of those companies will need some form of access to WiFi, and will be keen to visualise and interpret the robust data we can collect and analyse. It is easy to see why we are so excited by the opportunities that are there for us and our partners.

“We are looking for a particular type of partner. This is certainly not a broad approach to expanding our network. We have built a reputation of a company made up of honest, straight talking experts that customers can rely on. We’re looking for partners that share a similar outlook and dedication to customers and who are equally passionate about the technology and opportunity,” concluded Moody.
